1 Definitions & Interpretation

3.3 Accuracy of Information

4 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account. 5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Both deposits and withdrawals are generally processed within one hour.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

An account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made. To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met (see Section 6 for details). zk222 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal for verification purposes.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000 or more, the bonus will be a maximum of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus comes with a 25x wagering requirement. This applies only to the bonus amount, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳25,000 before withdrawing the bonus funds (৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000).

The bonus expiry, game restrictions, and any other applicable conditions are stated separately with each offer. If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

zk222 reserves the right to close accounts and cancel bonuses if multiple accounts are created, another person's identity is used, or systematic betting is attempted to exploit bonuses.

7 VIP Program & Reward Tiers

zk222 offers five VIP tiers for regular players. The weekly cashback benefit at each tier is as follows:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to higher tiers is available through regular and consistent activity. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered account holder.

8 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

8.1 Gaming Conditions

All games available on zk222 are provided through third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and others). Each game has its own rules and conditions. It is your responsibility to read the instructions for each game before playing.

8.2 Errors & Technical Issues

Results or amounts displayed due to a technical error or malfunction in any game may not be valid. In such situations, zk222 reserves the right to cancel the relevant transaction and return the original deposit.

8.3 Manipulation & Fraud

9 Sports Betting Rules

zk222 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following conditions apply to sports betting:

• If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the bet amount will be returned to the original account.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed.
